We offer a course platform where users can enroll in courses, complete training, and receive course certificates. The content of the courses may change without notice.

3. User registration

To use the service, you must create a user account with correct information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax where applicable. Payment is made upon enrollment through our payment solution. Invoices are due within 14 days after issuance.

6. Copyright

All content on the platform, including text, images, videos, and course material, is protected by copyright and belongs to the service provider or our partners. The material may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.

We strive to make the service available at all times, but cannot guarantee this. We are not responsible for losses resulting from downtime, technical errors, or errors in course content.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable legislation.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email or via the service.

10. Disputes

Any disputes shall be attempted resolved through dialogue. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled under Norwegian law with the District Court of [place] as the agreed venue.
