Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a course within 14 days after ordering, provided that the course has not started or that you have not begun using digital course content.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• You have consented to the course starting before the withdrawal period expires, and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal lapses
• Digital content has been made available and you have started using it
• The course is specially tailored to you

How to use your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us in writing (email or letter) with the following information:

• Your full name
• The course you wish to cancel
• Order date

Refund

If your right of withdrawal is approved, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Cancellation beyond the right of withdrawal

If you cancel after the withdrawal period has expired, the following applies:

• More than 14 days before the course start: Full refund minus an administrative fee
• 7–14 days before the course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the course start: No refund

It is always possible to send a substitute in your place.
