How do I enroll in a course?

Create a user account, find the course you want under “Courses,” and click “Enroll.” Follow the payment instructions to complete the enrollment.

Can I cancel my enrollment in a course?

Yes, see our page on right of withdrawal and refunds for details about cancellation and any costs.

Will I receive a course certificate?

Yes, after completing the course you can download your course certificate from your profile under “Documents.”

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by bank card (Visa/Mastercard) via our secure payment solution. Invoice is also available.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged upon enrollment. The invoice is due within 14 days.

How do I change my password?

Go to “Profile” and click “Change password.” You can also use the “Forgot password” function on the login page.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can change your email address under “Profile.”
